1. Personal data
Who controls your personal data
Comemoralis is a digital remembrance initiative currently operated and developed by Creative IT Media S.R.L., which acts as the controller for the personal data processed through the Platform.
The project is being developed with a long-term non-profit and public-interest mission, with the intention that its activities may in the future be supported or carried forward through a dedicated Comemoralis Foundation, subject to its formal establishment and the applicable legal arrangements.
Until any such transition is formally completed, Creative IT Media S.R.L. remains the legal operator and data controller for Comemoralis.
Full operator details are available on our Legal Information page.

2. Google Sign-In and Google user data
Comemoralis allows users to create or access an account using Google Sign-In.
When you choose to sign in with Google, Comemoralis requests only the basic account information required to authenticate you and associate your Google identity with your Comemoralis account.
The information made available to Comemoralis may include:
- your Google account identifier;
- your email address;
- your name and basic profile information made available through your Google Account.
Comemoralis does not request access to your Gmail messages, Google Drive files, Google Calendar, contacts, documents, photos, or other Google services.
How we use Google user data
Google user data obtained through Google Sign-In is used only to:
- authenticate you securely;
- create or identify your Comemoralis account;
- associate your Google identity with that account;
- maintain account security and prevent unauthorized access;
- provide access to the features of the Comemoralis Platform.
We do not use information obtained through Google Sign-In to access unrelated Google services or for purposes unrelated to authentication and account operation.
Storage and retention
Information required to identify and authenticate your Comemoralis account may be stored as part of your account record for as long as your account remains active or as otherwise required for legitimate security, legal, or operational purposes.
Where applicable, you may request deletion of your Comemoralis account and associated personal data in accordance with the account-deletion functionality available on the Platform and applicable law.
Sharing of Google user data
Comemoralis does not disclose Google user data to third parties except where this is necessary to operate and secure the Platform, comply with applicable legal obligations, or protect the rights and security of Comemoralis and its users.
Google user data obtained through Google Sign-In is not used to provide access to unrelated third-party services.
Managing Google access
You may manage or revoke Comemoralis' access to your Google Account at any time through your Google Account settings.
Revoking Google access prevents future authentication through that Google connection but does not automatically delete information already associated with your Comemoralis account. Account and personal-data deletion may be requested separately through the Platform or by contacting privacy@comemoralis.com.
